This notice was posted and filed in compliance with the Open Meetings Law on Wednesday,
March 14, 2013 at 4:00 P.M.

should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in
accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,
Sub-chapters D and E or the Texas Government Codes section 418.183 (f). Before any
closed meeting is convened, the presiding office will publicly identify the section or
sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions or decisions
will be taken in open meeting [See BEC (LEGAL) of adopted School Board Policy.]
The meeting will be held in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act [42 U.S.C. 12101 (1991)]. The facility where the meeting is to be held
is wheelchair-accessible, and handicapped parking is available. Request for sign
interpretive services are available upon request received at least 48 hours prior to the
